PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Requirements: Must have the ability to self-redirect from task to task and return to complete it accurately and successfully as situations dictate. Provide daily support to the management team by updating forms, providing research information and assistance to Estimating, Project Management, Purchasing, Receiving and Accounting departments. This position is in a fast pace environment, approximately 30 hours per week with the potential for the right candidate to become full time. Additional skills that would be helpful for this position are, Microsoft Office Suite, Receptionist, and Cashier.

FULL TIME CNC OPERATOR/MACHINIST

We are seeking a qualified individual to run our machining department consisting of a Nest-Based CNC router, CNC Boring & Doweling Machine, and an automatic edgebander.  Applicants need to possess a minimum of 5 years of full time experience in the woodworking industry as a CNC operator.  Knowledge of Biesse machinery and the Biesseworks software or equivalent required.  AutoCAD experience helpful, but not necessary.  A background in additional aspects of the woodworking industry, including bench work and assembly, will garner potential candidates additional consideration.  Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings, a tape measure, have advanced knowledge of appropriate safety methods and practical experience with various woodworking equipment, including hand tools and power tools, and fixed machinery.  This is a mid-level to advanced position.

FULL TIME CABINETMAKER/ MILLWORKER

A minimum of 5 years of full time experience in the woodworking industry.  Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings, a tape measure, have advanced knowledge of appropriate safety methods and practical experience with various woodworking equipment, including hand tools and power tools, and stationary tools.  This is a mid-level to advanced position.

FULL TIME MILLWORK DETAILER

A minimum of 5 years experience in the woodworking industry for an in-house only position. Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints for the purpose of creating shop drawings using AutoCAD software.  The position also requires knowledge of industry standard materials and hardware and their applications; millwork and casework construction methods and standards; and AWI requirements of Section 10 work at a minimum.  The use of Microsoft Office software is necessary.  Cabinet Vision, Alphacam, and/or Biesseworks experience helpful, but not required.  This is a mid-level position.

FULL TIME EXPERIENCED MILLWORK ESTIMATOR

A minimum 5-year background in the woodworking industry in a related position, or other advanced managerial role.  Must be able to read and understand architectural blueprints and specifications.  You will be required to navigate the bidding process with ease in regards to tracking all of the following: addenda, changes to the plans and specs, new contacts to bid with, and updating the status of current unawarded projects, all as they relate to our bid and/or contract.  The position will require the ability to communicate effectively with designers, architects, and general contractors, as well as, our own project managers and designers, in order to produce an easily understandable bid of our scope of work (for inclusions and exclusions).  Strong Microsoft Office software experience is mandatory.
