Book Keeper – Receptionist

Requirements: Accounting background, Microsoft Office Suite, Receptionist, and Cashier skills.  Must have the ability to self-redirect from task to task and return to complete it accurately and successfully as situations dictate. Provide daily support to the management team by updating forms, providing research information and assistance to Estimating, Project Management, Purchasing, Receiving and Accounting departments. This position is in a fast pace environment.

Customer Service – Milling

Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, ability to lift 50 pounds, woodworking experience required, ability to read a tape measure and customer’s plans, ability to safely use basic equipment in our mill (training provided). Responsibilities:  Receiving and putting stock away: plywood, lumber, and store inventory as needed. Greeting customers in the store. Estimating jobs for walk-in customers, cashing customers out.  Assist in the milling and fabrication process of customer orders and assist commercial manufacturing as needed.
