Plywood + Architectural Panels

Birch Plywood

Birch

Premium cabinet-grade birch plywood is suitable for staining and clear coating with quality veneer on both sides (G2S).  This hardwood plywood is widely known for its panel strength, grain texture, durability, and ease of finishing.

Baltic Birch Plywood

Birch, Baltic

Baltic Birch is a type of plywood known for its high-quality construction and durability. It is made from multiple layers of birch veneer that are cross-bonded and glued together. Baltic birch plywood is named after the region where it originated and is produced around the Baltic Sea, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Russia. It is highly regarded for its quality and is widely used in various applications that require strong, reliable, and void-free plywood.

Birch Plywood

Birch, Imported

Imported birch plywood is an economically priced panel that usually comes from Asia and has a rotary cut face veneer with very little face defects or voids. It is a great choice for cabinet boxes, framing, blocking and other utility applications.

Cherry Plywood

Cherry

Premium cabinet-grade cherry plywood with consistent grain and color on both sides (G2S).  Our plywood is generally straight-grained with a fairly uniform texture and a rich luster. Light to dark reddish brown heartwood and narrow, nearly white sapwood.

Marine Grade Fir Plywood

Fir, Marine Grade

Marine fir plywood has an AB grade and a whole piece rotary cut face. There may be football shaped patches on both faces to fill voids and remove knots. The A face will have no knots or knotholes. The B face may contain knots, but not knotholes. Panels are laminated with fully waterproof structural adhesive.

Flakeboard

Flake

Flake, or particle board is generally used as a core that will be laid up with wood veneer or plastic laminate. It is made with recycled wood waste and has an excellent strength to weight ratio. It is ideal for cabinets, countertops, furniture, and doors.

Hickory Plywood

Hickory

Also known as Pignut Hickory, Mockernut Hickory, Shellbark Hickory, and Shagbark Hickory, this plywood features pale yellow sapwood with light brown to reddish brown to gray-brown heartwood. Some moderately coarse early wood, but otherwise hard and smooth. Some may contain color variation, color streaks, and rustic marks like worm track and bird peck.

Homasote

Homasote

Homasote 440 SoundBarrier is a special-density, structural board made from 100 percent environmental Homasote cellulose fiber, a homogeneous composition manufactured with uniformly distributed protection against termites, rot and fungi and resistance to moisture. It also insulates, with twice the R-value of wood. Made with FSC certified material.

White Maple Plywood

Maple

Premium cabinet grade maple plywood with consistent grain and white color. Good 2 sides.

Prefinished Maple Plywood

Maple, Prefinshed

Our prefinished maple plywood comes in a C2 grade and has a high quality, durable UV finish on both sides. It is an ideal product for cabinet box interiors.

Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF)

MDF

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hard or softwood residuals into wood fibers, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.  MDF is generally denser than plywood and particleboard and is stronger than particleboard. MDF typically comes in a tan or brown shade, but other colors may be available through special order. MDF is great for painting and for laying up veneer or laminate.

MDO

A medium-density overlay panel (MDO), is a paintable surface made of plywood with a weather-resistant resin overlay bonded to the wood by heat and pressure.  The overlay, which has at least 27% resin content, resists water, weather, wear, and degradation.

Melamine, Black or White

Melamine typically comes with either a black or white laminate face sheet, although other colors can be ordered.  The laminate is a decorative surface option for particleboard or MDF panels that can be used to replace high-pressure laminates in many applications. Melamine board is easy to clean, durable, waterproof, and resistant to scratching, stains, and shattering.

Meranti Marine Grade Plywood

Meranti, Marine

Hydrotek Marine Meranti plywood is constructed of multiple layers of whole piece Meranti veneers. It is incredibly strong and durable, though the heaviest of our marine plywood offerings. Panels are laminated with fully waterproof structural adhesive.

Oak, Red

Premium cabinet grade red oak plywood with consistent grain and color. Good 2 sides.

Oak, White

Premium cabinet grade white oak plywood with consistent grain and color. Good 2 sides.

Okoume, Marine

Okoume is a fast growing, plantation grown tropical hardwood. Okoume’s clear, beautifully figured grain has a golden, honey-colored hue beneath epoxy and varnish. Marine Okoume plywood is BS1088 grade and is the lightest weight of our marine plywood offerings. It has an excellent strength to weight ratio. It is easy to work with and lighter in color than Meranti. It is laminated with fully waterproof structural adhesive.

Bending Poplar

Poplar, Bending

Bending Poplar Plywood is a flexible 1/8″ material that can be formed into curves and radii providing a smooth face surface.  It is available in both a horizontal and vertical orientation. It is produced under strict tolerances and high standards with superior quality Italian Poplar veneer.

Sapele Plywood

Sapele

Wacky Wood

Walnut Plywood

Walnut
